We answer all emails within 24 hours, usually within 10 hours.
It could be that you have supplied us with the wrong email address, or no email address at all if you submitted your query through our support page. Please check this is not the case.
If you do not get an answer from us you will find there is some issue that is stopping our emails from getting to you.
We have found that AOL members sometimes don't get our emails. There are two issues, AOL either block them in their system as spam, or they go into the junk or spam folder instead of the inbox.
If you are an AOL member you need to be aware that our emails may not reach you or that your email has a spam setting that you need to change to allow our emails to reach you.
If you are using an AOL email address, we can only keep replying to your emails in the hope that they will get through.
