Solution

There are a few reasons and unfortunately, we cannot influence our billers decisions in this matter.

The two main reasons are:

  • You live outside the USA - in this case, our billers CCBill, Epoch, and Pulsarbv reserve the right not to deal with specific countries or banks.
  • Your credit card may have had charge backs in the past. Again, to reject a particular card for this reason is at the discretion of CC Bill, Epoch, Pulsarbv.
